My next goal: learn to express myself. To say what I mean and mean what I say. I notice that often I have something inside me that I want to express and it just won't come out. And when it does it does not sound like what I wanted to say. It sounds more like what the person listening to me wanted to hear or thought that I would say. Sometimes I am afraid to open my mouth as I don't have enough control over what comes out of them.
