Books
The books that I found most helpful during my journey (since 2009):
- "Mindsight" by Daniel Siegel
- "The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Workbook" by M. McKay, J. Wood, J. Brantley
- "Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder" by Marsha Linehan (parts)
- "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle
- "Passionate Marriage" by David Schnarch
- "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents (...)" by Lindsay C. Gibson
- "Complex PTSD: From Surviving to Thriving" by Pete Walker
- "In Sheep's Clothing: Understanding and Dealing with Manipulative People" by George K. Simon
I am also watching a lot of youtube channels of people that have gone a similar route of self recovery from various emotional diseases. I think that different channels speak better to different people, that's why I am not listing them here.
