In December 2016 I have boldly decided to start my journey towards emotional recovery. Having suspected Borderline Personality Disorder and bipolar depression, I later discovered materials about codependency and Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and have found out that there are people out there who did find they way from similarly low life's standpoint into a truly happy life. My goal is to reach that place using all the means available.
I have created this blog to document the path I am taking and what I learned along the way. This is both to keep me motivated as well as perhaps be useful for someone who is in a similar situation like me.
I am not describing here what Borderline Personality Disorder, bipolar depression, codependency or CPTSD are. For that please refer to the Internet. I assume that people reading that blog know about these already, so if some term is not familiar, simply Google it I want to describe only the part that is specific to my path, rather than plagiarise what is out there already.
