All the people after that age.. I met them at an event.. it's clear he's single. He looks at me, he's attracted, and then he pulls away. It's so many of us. It's the unspoken code "stay away I'm fucked up". So many of us. This is so sad.
Each of us has tried. Many times. After all the hope was lost we tried despite of that, one more time. And then one more. And then when we were at the total bottom we still found a spark, a little light, a little enlightenment moment.. but that failed too. Until we gave up. It still amazes me how much strength there is in each of us. How long the chicken can run around with its head chopped off. It's amusing, beautiful and tragic at the same time.
It took us the time to learn the code. It took time to respect what the other says and believe them when they say they can only hurt. That they can only destroy. Stupid movie culture fed us some sentimental crap, it took too much time to unlearn it. We became creeps, watching others, getting high on the imagination of normal lives.
